PTA Meeting Conducted
Nuel Public School convened its PTA meeting from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM in the school auditorium, attended by the Principal, PTA Executive Committee , faculty representatives, and parent–guardians. The session began with a warm welcome and approval of the previous meeting’s minutes. The Principal then delivered a detailed report covering recent academic achievements, ongoing wellness initiatives, and funded infrastructure updates.

World Environment Day
Nuel Public School celebrated World Environment Day with great zeal and purpose on its campus, aiming to instill a deep sense of environmental responsibility among students and staff. The event, held on June 5, 2025, centered around this year’s global theme, “Our Land,Our Future”

Inauguration of New Building Block
The new building of Nuel Public School was inaugurated on 18th of January 2025. This Inaugural ceremony was a moment of pride and celebration for the Management, Staff, Students and parents. It was a time to thank God for being with school Management throughout the construction of the building. Shri. Chenthamarakshan, Trustee of Nuel Public School Inaugurated the new building by cutting the ribbon.

Annual Day Celebration
Nuel Public School, Vavakode celebrated its Annual Day on 18th January 2025. Many eminent dignitaries were present at the annual day celebration including Board Members of the School. All the students and their parents were invited to this function. The program started at 5:00 pm. With the Principal delivering his commencement speech and the lighting of diyas by the special guests. Before the commencement of the program’s first half, the anchors invited the various students who had represented the school on different platforms and brought glory to the school to come up on stage. The Chief guest and the Principal handed out certificates and prizes to those students. Later, the students from Kindergarten to Class 7 entertained everyone with their beautiful dance and drama performances. The parents kept cheering for their children who were performing on the stage. After three hours of grand performances by the students, the program ended with the teaching staff proposing the vote of thanks and extending her warm regards to everyone present at the Annual Day function.

Children’s Day Celebrations
Nuel Public School celebrated Children’s day on the 14th November 2024, with great festive fervour, to commemorate the 135th birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The programme began with a special assembly conducted by the Nursing students of Karuna College of Nursing, followed by informative and inspirational speech by the Principal of Karuna College of Nursing about the great leader, thinker, visionary and a true statesman – Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The first Prime Minister of independent India was extremely fond of children and the programme clearly depicted the spirit of the occasion with teachers holding the stage and putting up a mesmerising cultural show for the children.

Onam Celebrations
Nuel Public School celebrates Onam with colourful,vibrant, full-fledged with pomp and novelty on 13 September 2024. Students and teachers in traditional attire took part in various competitions, including Pookalam, Thiruvathira, Onakkali, musical chair, etc. School Management, PTA, Staff and parents participated onam celebrations to strengthen their bonds with the students. Students, teachers, and management equally enjoyed the Onam sadhya together.

78th Independence Day Celebrations
India’s 78th Independence was celebrated in the School on 15th August 2024. School Directors, Principal, Staff, PTA, Office bearers, parents and students attended the programme. The Principal hoisted the flag and this was followed by flag song and salutation in a befitting manner. All the students and the teachers saluted the flag and then sang the National Anthem with nobody moved honoring it. Then followed the Cultural Programme. Patriotic Poems and Songs were recited both by the teachers and the students.

International Yoga Day observed
International Yoga Day is observed at Nuel Public School on June 21, 2024 with great enthusiasm to raise awareness about the various benefits of practicing yoga. It was an extraordinary event that brought together academic directors, staff, students and yoga enthusiasts. It successfully promoted the practice of yoga and its benefits, while also emphasizing its global significance.
